Grading
On request we use the international known grading system from Record Collector. We hope that this will ensure that we share a common view on the condition of our records. All records are visually graded. We try to be very conservative in our grading.

Grading |
Record | Cover |
| MINT - M | The record is in new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality | The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster should be in perfect condition. |
| EXCELLENT - EX | The record shows some signs of being played, such as light scratches or scuffs, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The disc's surface would still likely appear bright as if played little | The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. |
| VERY GOOD - VG | The record has obviously been played many times, with visible scratches, scuffs or staining that, while may be audible, should not skip. Slight warping may also apply. | Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. |
| GOOD - G | The record has been well played. Several scratches or scuffs are apparent or there may be more than one significant scratch. Warping may apply. The disc is playable, but may skip or have noticeable audible noise. | The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. |
| FAIR
