(RS) means Radio Sleeve. 

This means that the cover is a stiff white cover used by many radio stations to protect the vinyl as much as possible during daily handling.

On the cover there is a label with artists name and title of the A-side. Eventually there may be remarks on the intro or the outro of the track or about the shape of the record.

A lot of these records have been sent to the radio stations in neutral covers prior to the release of an album as promotion copies.

The records may be used to change worn copies in your own collection as they often are in good condition
